Shipping Times

(Note: As of 3/12/2024, orders over $100 USD and shipping within the United States will have a signature confirmation added to their shipping label.)

Our orders deliver (in the USA) within 5-10 business days of placing your order  proof is approved.  While shipping delays can occur with the courier, we do our best to ensure every custom gets their product in a timely fashion.  

International orders can take up to an extra 4 to 11 business days to receive due to international shipping courier services. Please also note, duties and customs fees are at the responsibility of the customer.

USPS First Class Shipping - 3.99 (FREE on orders over 50.00)

USPS Priority Shipping - $9.99

 

Important Information

While we do offer mockup/ preview's on our orders please note that if any changes are required, this may increase the time of delivery. 

We are unable to ship to Military addresses.  If you provide a military address while checking out, we will email you to obtain a new shipping address.  Your order will be postponed until a new address can be received.

Please be aware, our expected delivery times are an expected date, not a guaranteed date.  As our jewelry is made to order, things do sometimes happen where a piece becomes damaged during the process and it has to be re-made.  If something like this does occur, you will be updated by email with a new estimated delivery date.

Please note: We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses.  If you enter an incorrect or incomplete shipping address and delivery issues occur, we will not replace the order unless it is returned back to us.  Should the order be returned, we will contact you and request the correct information.

International Orders

Please be aware that we do not cover duties or taxes on importing our shipments into your country.  This has been elevated by the tariffs put in place by the Trump administration on certain countries and customers are responsible to cover those import & duty fees.
