Warranty

At Elegant Eternity, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality bracelets and necklaces. We stand behind our products and want you to have a positive and satisfying experience with your purchase. That's why we offer a lifetime warranty on all of our bracelets and necklaces.

Our lifetime warranty covers defects in craftsmanship and materials. If you experience any issues with your bracelet or necklace, please contact us at warranty@eleganteternity.com. We will repair or replace the item free of charge.

To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

1. Fill out the warranty claim form below.

2. We will review the claim and respond within 2-3 business days with instructions on how to proceed.

3. Once we have received the item, we will inspect it and repair or replace it if the issue is covered under our warranty.

Please note that our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, loss or theft, accidental damage, or damage caused by improper care or handling. Warranty claims are reviewed in the order in which they are delivered back to us. This can take time to process. Also, photo replacements are not covered under the warranty policy. Warrantied items will be re-made using the same photo on the original order.
