Shipping Information

How long does shipping take?

As our jewelry is made to order, we have a 3-4 day creation time from the day your order is placed. Once created, we ship your order from our office in Spokane WA with either USPS First class (2-5 Day Delivery) or USPS Priority Shipping (1-3 Day Delivery).

You can also look at our product page to see an expected arrival time frame if your order is placed today.

Where do our orders ship from?

Orders are sent directly from our Spokane Washington, USA warehouse. We offer free USPS First Class shipping (2-5 Day Delivery) and $9.99 USPS Priority Shipping (1-3 Days Delivery). We provide excellent, reliable shipping services within the United States, to Canada, and the rest of the world. All shipping services include tracking information.

 

After your order has been successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Throughout the creation process you will receive status updates to let you know what stage your order is in up until the point it ships. Once it has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking information to be updated.

Shipments to outside of the U.S.

Shipping internationally does mean that you may be required to pay customs and import taxes. All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

Jewelry Care

How do I clean my jewelry?

We recommend using a damp cloth or paper towel to clean the front and backside of the pendant. The rest of the jewelry can be cleaned with standard jewelry cleaner.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return or exchange policy?

Due to the nature of the product we unfortunately can't cancel custom orders after 8 hours of the order being placed. We process orders immediately. We do offer replacements or returns for damaged custom items.

Damaged Items include:

  • markings/spots on your photo that weren't on your uploaded photo
  • damaged or defective gem

Damaged items do not include:

  • Blurry images caused from a low resolution photo uploaded
  • Items with no visible markings/spots
  • Images that did not follow our photo guidelines during order placement.

If an item is damaged you must send in a picture/video before we offer a replacement or refund. If you want to get a refund you must return the product.
